📋 Ingredients:
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- A pinch of saffron soaked in ¼ cup warm water
- 1 liter hot vegetable or chicken broth
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper
