Saffron & Cheese Semolina Balls

📋 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup medium semolina
  • ¾ cup boiling water + saffron
  • 100g shredded cheese (cheddar or soft cheese)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, pepper
  • Oil for frying
