Saffron & Cheese Semolina Balls
📋 Ingredients:
- 1 cup medium semolina
- ¾ cup boiling water + saffron
- 100g shredded cheese (cheddar or soft cheese)
- 1 egg
- Salt, pepper
- Oil for frying
